Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an item?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy. Please contact us at support@hydro-land.co.uk to initiate a return request.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
