Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as “final sale,” may not be eligible for returns. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Return Process

Contact Customer Service: Before sending your item back, please contact us at support@hydro-land.co.uk Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@hydro-land.co.uk with details of the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process.
